28 heroes were not picked or banned in the ESL One Birmingham 2024 tournament

It became apparent that a total of 28 heroes were neither picked nor banned throughout the tournament. Among these heroes were some incredibly interesting and surprising characters, which had previously been quite popular, such as Spirit Breaker, Ember Spirit, Queen of Pain, Spectre, and others.
