/The RLCS 2021-22 - Spring: Middle East and North Africa Regional Event 2 has come to an end. At the championship, which was held online from May 13 to 15, sixteen teams from the Middle East competed for a prize pool of $30,000, as well as rating points required to qualify for the Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Spring Split Major. The winner of the tournament was the Team Falcons team, which confidently outplayed Cola in the grand final with a score of 4:0; 4:0.
The championship for the future winner began with victories over Nightmare (3:0) and +966 (3:1), after which Team Falcons lost to Cola (2:4) and fell into the lower bracket. However, here the team outplayed Miracle Makers (4:0), ANKAA (4:2) and KINGS Esports (4:0) to get to the grand final. In the decisive match of the championship, Team Falcons took revenge on Cola (4:0; 4:0), thus earning $9,000.
Thanks to this victory, Team Falcons strengthened its leadership in the regional table, practically guaranteeing its participation in the Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Spring Split Major.
