BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 schedule and format
The Paris major will be held from 8 to 21 May at the Accor Arena. The championship will be divided into three stages:
- Challengers Stage (8-11 May): Swiss grid of 16 competitors
- Legends Stage (May 13-16): Swiss grid with 16 participants
- Champions Stage (May 18-21): Match-offs with single elimination
The Challengers and Legends stages of the upcoming major will be played according to the Swiss system, with the top eight teams (those with three wins) following. All matches, with the exception of the decider, will be in BO1 format. At the same time, the matches that will be decisive for the tournament prospects will be played in BO3.
The play-offs, or Champions stage, will offer the participants a classic grid with single elimination. Here all matches will be played in BO3 format.
